CONDITIONS OF BOOKING & OCCUPANCY

Not all units are included in the accommodation specials.

Special offers are subject to availability, date and allotment.

The resort may be full or close to full during a special period, management reserves the right to affirm or deny a special rate based on availability during these periods.

This special is only available for nominated dates. Special prices are not available during Easter or school holidays.

The management reserves the right to choose specific apartments for each special. Guests will not have the ability to nominate preferred apartments.

A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure bookings.

In rare cases, extended bookings may need to change units during the duration of stay. This will be avoided where possible.

Guests with existing bookings cannot cancel bookings to obtain special rates.
